Course Overview

The following program is designed for anyone who would like to learn the basics behind the bar techniques. We will focus on espresso and milk frothing to help one achieve a better cappuccino.

Split into four sections, we will begin with a basic brief to understand an espresso machine how it functions and learn how to keep it clean, then delve into the world of espresso, grinding for espresso, how to pull the perfect shot, time, over and under extraction, learn how to texture milk to the ideal consistency and temperature.
